Job Descriptions:
Plays a very important role of an expert technician role in repairing cellphones , tablets and laptops in the service center. The individual must be presentable with utmost knowledge level in electronic repairs . Must exhibit high discipline along with quality assurance and time management skills in the work place. - Conduct a through pre-repair and post-repair analysis of all the devices brought to store by customers. - Must be very good in soldering skills , device assembling and disassembling , software trouble shooting and also chip level repairs . - Must be able to document and study critical repair problems and resolve it. - Must be expert in all the levels of device repairs - level 1 ,level 2 , level 3 , and level 4 - Assist the Store manager and co-workers in very good customer service and business operations - Must be able to train junior technicians. - Must work with ESD and safety measures. - Organize and schedule the mobile phones , tablets and laptops repairs with indepth knowledge and skills - Must ensure the repairs are done smoothly and effectively within prescribed timelines committed to the customers - Refer cellphone service manuals to ensure repairs are done without any errors - Must inform and update the customers about the warranty and other ongoing promotions of the business. Qualification requirements: - Degree / Diploma in Electronics Technology or training institute certification. - Two to three years’ experience within the mobile phone , tablet and laptop repair environment

Skill Sets:
- Must posess basic Computer skills - eg.E-mails, MS Office etc. - Must posess analytical skills. - Must be fluent in Tamil , English and other languages also is preferable - Time management skills for delivery of the repaired devices to the customers. -
