Job Descriptions:
The primary job of an operation support executive is to address client issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
Support represent interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.
Processing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

Skill Sets:
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and any reporting tools like Jasper Reports, SQL. Freshers of BSC IT/Computer science/BCA/B.E/B.Tech Candidates fluent in Hindi to converse will be an added advantage
