We are Hiring Relationship Manager for Coimbatore Location.
Own and drive the targets through the sales team based at client location. Identifying outside sales opportunities & closing the same.
Giving product demo to potential customers at client location or around city as per the demand.
Ensure the client location is adequately stocked with order forms & brochures. Ensure visibility is maintained with sales staff & availability over the phone to provide clarifications & address any concerns.
Conduct regular training & product refresher with client staff to educate & check knowledge.
Coordinate & support the Operations team where needed to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
Support client sales staff in closing sales by promoting product & its features.
To ensure orders are updated in MIS accurately.
Monitor the daily sales activity of the sales staff & given regular updates to the Sales Head / Managers.
Manage the day to-day planning of the team to meet required business levels. Propagate positive teamwork across work groups to drive business results.
Develop/implement action plans to achieve desired performance results levels.
Open to travel within & around the city/region to ensure potential customers/clients are met to achieve outside sales.
Work Location : Coimbatore
Experience : 1-3 Year.
