Job Descriptions:
Job Summary, The candidate should able to start the work by 8.45 am.
The Hr person of Bright star should be well-versed in Ms Office, etc.
The person should be capable of giving placement presentation. The placement may continue till 7.30 pm sometimes.
Every month the Hr Manager has to complete the staff requirement. Salary is not a constrain for the right candidate.
Able to extent the work time in case of emergency.
Need to be vibrant ,active, role model for the employees, to meet the Bright Star standards.
Need to be polite , straight forward , good decision making , completing work on time etc.
Sometimes need to help training and development and other works.

Skill Sets:
Presentation/Fluency/Neat Grooming
