The job role involves training, facilitating, interacting, conducting group games, campus competitions, events, campus adornments etc. Should able to facilitate the session with 360 degree training techniques. (Training, content, reports will be managed by Bright Star). Excellent, group management in the classroom and campus training to be followed. People management is a key role to be successful in field.
Fun loving and pleasing personalities are the major expectation for the job. Good in Ms Office to create and send reports.
