Were Hiring Finance Manager • CA(Inter), CMA(Inter), M.Com with minimum 7 years experience.
• Responsible for Reviewing Financial data and preparing monthly P&L reports, CMA data, Bank QIS, Working Capital management, Budget Planning, Tax Matters etc.
Manager/ Assistant Manager-Accounts (Income Tax)
• B. Com, M.Com, CMA(Inter) with 3 - 5 years experience.
• Handling Income Tax, TDS, Tax Planning, advance tax estimation, procedural compliances up to preparing Appeal etc Manager/ Assistant Manager-Accounts (GST)
•B.Com, M.Com, CMA(Inter) with 5 years experience.
•In-depth knowledge in GST Act, Input Tax Credit, Computation of GST liability and Procedural Complains such as replying to notices, Liaison with department and Coordination with legal counsel etc.
Asst. Manager/Executive-Corporate Secretaryship
•Inter CS/ B.A - Corporate Secretaryship.
•Proficient with preparation of notices, agenda, resolution and minutes of Board, Committee and members meetings.
•Ensure Compliances under Companies Act, ROC, MCA.
