Eligibility Criteria :MBA/PGDM in HR (65% of Aggregate Marks)
.Skills Required : Excellent Communication and Analytical, Knowledge in working on Various Job Portals, Perrier Knowledge in IT and Non IT Recruitment and Proficiency in Payroll Management.
Experience: 0-1 Yrs
.Roles & Responsibilities:
Creating and Posting a Job opening in Various Job Portals.
Involved Short listing, Screening resumes and scheduling Interview .
Co-ordinate the Interview & follow-up the Candidate.
Preparing the Day-to-Day reports and Mail Communication.
.Salary Package : As per the Industry standards
.Interview process : GD(Group Discussion)
