Frontend Developer:
Job description :
- We are looking for enthusiastic front-end developers to join our team. You will be responsible for building or developing the UI for Web based applications. You should be able to be translate the UI/UX design into a simple yet powerful interface.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
- Create and maintain software documentation
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them in your regular work
- Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
Qualification & Experience :
- Educational qualification: Any degree with relevant IT qualification.
- Work experience of 2-4 years as a Front-end developer with hands on experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks and API integration
Mandatory Skills :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in developing responsive web sites or applications using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript frameworks
- Minimum 1 year experience with developing applications using ReactJS or Angular.js
- Very good exposure to responsive web design using media queries and CSS pre-processing.
- Web Performance Optimization (WPO) using Browser tools and Web Performance tools.
- Should have exposure to at least one version control and continuous integration tools
- Should have Testing and Debugging skills including cross browser compatibility testing
- Should have good understanding of SEO and implement on-page SEO during development
- Exposure to consumption/integration of Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc) is needed.
- Knowledge and experience of software development processes and methodologies
Desired Skills :
- Exposure to Graphic Design tools like Photoshop, Sketch, etc is a plus
- Knowledge of other JS frameworks like Node, Vue is a plus.
- Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
- Exposure to cloud Platforms such as AWS or Azure
