Job Descriptions:
• 3+ Years experience in managerial role of a community or real estate agents.
• Oversee maintenance activities of Luxury Apartments and Villas with 500+ residential units.
• Overseeing providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, lifts, parks, fire safety, technology and so on.
• Getting quotes and choose right vendor for electrical, plumbing and housekeeping materials.
• Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water, electricity, cleanliness are well-maintained
• Schedule task list and ensure that maintenance staffs are available for service 24/7.
• Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Respond to community owner’s, tenant’s requests and assign tasks to the right team.
• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
• Advising committee on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
• Drafting reports and making written recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil. Good to have basic knowledge of Malayalam, Hindi, Telugu and other languages.
Salary: INR 15,000 to 20,000
