Job Descriptions:
• Must hold a DME or BE certificate.
• 8-10 year of Steel Foundry Installation and Maintenance experience
• Attend the Break down & Preventive maintenance of Foundry Plant, Furnaces, Sand Plant, Cranes& Hoists-Maintenance, Compressors, Mixers, & Sand Plant Unit.
• Efforts for Reduction Break down Hours.
• Knowledge of erection & commissioning of new machines
• Knowledge of Cold box & Fettling equipment maintenance Knowledge of Spares inventory, OEE & Safety in Foundry.
• Knowledge of overall equipment effectiveness Experience in NoBake Molding.
• Documenting maintenance activities.
