We are hiring Works Manager for our Valve components Manufacturing company.
Responsibilities :
1. Over see the production process,drawing up a production schedule.
2. Ensure that the production is cost effective.
3. Decide What Resource are required.
4. Draft a timescale for the job.
5. Estimate costs and set the quality standard.
6. Monitor the production process and adjust schedule as needed.
7. Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of Equipment.
8. Monitor product standards and implement quality control programmes.
9. work with key persons to implement the company`s policies and goals.
10. Supervise and motivate the team workers.
11. Reviewing the worker performance.
12. Identify Training needs.
13. Also be involved with product design and purchasing.
14. Analysing and full fill the customer requirements.
15. Interacting the Clients through Mail & direct interaction with fluency English.
16. Knowledge in Machines like CNC,VMC,HMC,& VTL.
17. On time Delivery.

Experience : 5 to 15 Years in Valve components.

salary : 30000 to 50000.
