Quantity Surveyor - Female
Job Description
Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities and rate analysis
Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and, where appropriate, negotiate with the contractors.
Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure Certification of subcontractor weekly/monthly valuations and final accounts.
Efficient data creation/BOQ in customized software
Coordinating between Architect, Consultants and Site engineering team regarding design, execution and drawings issue.
Preparing comparison of quotes and negotiate with vendors.
Should have knowledge in drafting (AutoCAD)
Supply all relevant information to the Management for review at the specified intervals
