We are hiring for the position of"HR Executive"
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field.
A Master Degree with HR Specialisation will be a plus.
Experience: 1-2 YEARS experience in IT recruitment and HR functions
● Champion Vanenburg values and helps in creating a positive, progressive, accountable, work environment.
● Assist in onboarding to retirement processes
● Work closely with the finance team for statutory compliances.
● Excellent analytical skills to examine CV and find the best-suited candidates.
● Clear verbal and written communication skills with candidates and managers.
● Work with the engineering teams and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
● Adopt social media and other focused recruitment approaches (external job postings and ads on social media and other targeted advertising forums like recruitment portals, industry referrals, industry professional organizations etc.)
● Build a candidate database to support the long-term recruitment efforts.
● Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
